The device as the name suggests is a “Mini” version of the Realme Pad with toned down specs. Realme Pad Mini debuted last month in Philippines and few days ago in India, so we already know the specs of the device. Additionally we can also confirm that the European version will feature similar specs, unlike the Realme 9 5G. The Realme Pad Mini is powered by an entry-level Unisoc T616 Processor. The CPU features 8 cores and is based on a 12nm node. Upfront the tab features a 8.7-inch (22.09 cm) LCD display, 1340 x 800 pixels resolution and 84.59% Screen-to-body ratio. The side bezels are thin, and the top and bottom are slightly thicker. For optics the tablet gets a single 8MP camera on rear without any flash. A 5MP lens is placed on the front for video calls and selfies. The tab has a 6400mAh Lithium-ion battery that can be topped up with 18W fast charging support. Additionally the 18W charger and cable are provided in the box, and the device also features reverse wired charging support. On the software side, the Pad Mini boots “Realme UI for Pad” based on Android 11. The Realme UI for Pad is close to stock Android and also has less bloatware compared to the regular Realme UI. Realme Pad Mini utilizes an aluminum body to give it a premium feel, however the side and top frames are made out of plastic. The top portion holds the 3.5mm audio jack and secondary speakers.
